Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is vital in growing the reach of HEI and preserving brand standards. In addition to graphic design and general content creation, the Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to supervise and develop staff to hone their professional marketing skills through hands-on training and team meetings.

• Leads all digital marketing efforts and ensures consistency in brand standards.
• Develops, manages and creates advertising strategy and content.
• Develops strategy for and creates marketing materials for conferences.
• Leads content and graphic design of HEI’s biannual newsletter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Exceptional skills in teamwork, leadership, and communication.
• Familiarity with architecture / engineering / construction industries preferred.
• Experience with geofencing preferred.
