Who You Are
You are a motivated Software Developer with a solid foundation in software development, bringing approximately 4 years of experience in C#, MSSQL, APIs, and Python.
You are eager to contribute to a team dedicated to creating impactful software solutions. Your experience includes :
Written production-quality code in .Net Core / C# and Python.
Worked with MSSQL for database management and integration.
Utilized APIs for third-party integrations.
A basic understanding of cloud services and infrastructure.
Built high-quality, maintainable software collaboratively, incrementally, and pragmatically
Debugged and refactored pre-existing code to incrementally improve it
A good understanding of best practices in using Git, JIRA, and conducting code reviews for security auditing purposes.
Actively sought out and effectively given feedback
Communicated empathically with stakeholders and colleagues
Collaboratively led stakeholders to balance technical considerations with product and user needs
What You’ll Do at TriCap
As a developer, you will work with TriCap leadership to flush out the requirements for feature development in the ARxChange PRO® System.
You will be responsible for :
Collaborate with the IT team to support existing processes and develop new features.
Take proactive actions to investigate and resolve bugs.
Contribute to software design and development, ensuring high quality and maintainability.
Engage in problem-solving and innovation to meet project requirements.
Support continuous improvement by participating in code reviews and learning new technologies.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong proficiency in C# and experience with .Net frameworks.
Experience with MSSQL and understanding of database design.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP for API integrations.
Basic knowledge of Python.
A team player mindset with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of AWS services including (S3, Step Functions, Lambda, VPC, ECS, and EventBridge).
Knowledge of other scripting technologies like Ruby, PHP and / or Linux Shell.
Experience adding unit testing to existing solutions.
Experience in both database-first and code-first approaches to Entity Framework.

Time Off -PTO :
As a full-time employee of Company, you will be eligible to receive three (3) weeks (i.e. 15 days) of paid personal time off in your first full year of employment, and it shall accrue at the rate of 3.
75 days at the beginning of each quarter (i.e. every 3 months) in the first year of employment. After that, for each year of employment, you will be allocated personal time off consistent with the Company policy in effect at that time.
Personal time off days must be used in the year allocated and unused days will be forfeited at each year-end, unless prohibited by state law.
