Chief Compiler Architect / Engineering Lead

A top startup that’s driving AI innovation is looking to bring on a Chief Compiler Architect / Engineering Lead.

This person will directly to the CTO, and will be responsible for building up a team around them to strategize and execute on a greenfield Deep Learning Compiler initiative.

This person will have a high-degree of ownership, interfacing directly with executive leadership and board members to define technology vision.

We’re looking for someone that’s excited about joining a research-driven startup and wants to be part of defining the blueprints for how AI is used around the world.

Qualifications :

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI and Machine Learning, Computer Engineering or related STEM field
• 5+ years of professional experience delivering software in a production-grade environment
• Expertise in Compiler architecture within a deep learning and language design frame
• High proficiency with C / C++, Python
• Highly skilled with ML Compilers MLIR (preferred), DVM, LLVM and related tools
• Track record of research, publications, patents and contributions to open-source projects

This is a FULL TIME opportunity, not open to c2c / contract / c2h.
