About The Role AssetOn are currently recruiting an experienced and capable Project Administrator seeking a role within the mining sector. You will be responsible for:
- Perform daily administrative functions/ support to the project team.
- Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures.
- Oversee meetings and record minutes.
- Offer support for both project scheduling and project logistics.
- Participate significantly in team culture development support.
- Participate in Safety leadership.
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced with PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Understand schedules (i.e. Microsoft Project/ Gantt Chart).
- Experienced with SAP – purchasing and invoices. (safety data, production data, schedule progress).
- Good with numbers, collecting and ing on data.
- Experience with in a team support function.
- Full working rights in Australia
