Utilising your strong organisational and interpersonal skills, you will be deeply involved in development of investor material for results, strategy days and the AGM, as well as building and executing the investor relations engagement strategy including investor and analyst meetings, conferences and sales desk briefings. You will have exposure to the full spectrum of investor relations activities and support the day-to-day operation of the General Manager Investor Relations.

Your duties/responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Key contributor to the interim and full year results process, including coordinate investor presentation and analyst pack content, key messages, and Q&A for C-suite, to ensure transparent, consistent and concise communication.
• Direct engagement with sell side analysts and institutional investors
• Provide feedback to management from investor and analysts interactions, consensus changes, share register movements and market trends
• Frequent direct interaction with CFO and CEO, as well as regular presentations to management and across the business on IR-related matters
• Driving the investor engagement program with participation in meetings
• Build strong relationships across the business units including finance, treasury, risk, relationship-banking and corporate affairs to monitor and influence issues regarding financial performance and external communications
• Partnering with third party providers for the execution of key events (AGM, investor days, roadshows, conferences and any other required)

Desired Skills and Experience

Your life pre-Judo:

• Tertiary qualification in Finance or Business
• Post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 10 years working in finance, preferably in a similar role and some experience within the financial services sector
• Prior investor relations experience for an ASX listed company highly regarded
• Australian working rights
