Job Description : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Point ofcontact for contracted carriers retail stores and distributioncenters.

Performdaily carrier track & trace.

Proactively follow up as required to ensuredesired service results.

Communicate potential service failures to theappropriate parties (i.e. : supervisor carrier store).

Proactively follow up with storesto ensure specialized deliveries are occurring as scheduled.

Tender outboundloads to contracted carriers through TMS (E2Open).

Execute a variety ofintermediatetoadvanced s using Microsoft Excel.

Audit carrier and deliveryschedules for accuracy.

Answer customer service hotline as a support functionand troubleshoot issues as needed.

Other tasks and responsibilities asrequested.

Minimum 6 months domestic transportationplanning experience required.

Detail oriented.

Strong organizationand followup skills.

TMS experience preferred.

Able to work remotely with reliable internetand phone access.

Flexibility in daily task assignments.
