So we’re looking for a talented, driven and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to help create engaging written and visual content that will excite not only our current community of customers but also entice new customers to experience the ConfidenceClub difference!

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of ConfidenceClub’s organic content, as well as bigger-picture projects and launches.

You’re a creative social media and marketing enthusiast who knows how to produce content that makes us stand out in the crowd and will therefore encourage engagement and growth. 

You have a keen interest in using AI tools to enhance the stories you tell and ensure efficient output of content. 

ing to and working closely with the Content Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Using AI to create and edit SEO-optimised blog articles 
• Using AI to translate content from English to multiple languages
• Ideating, creating and scheduling social media content for our AU & UK Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn accounts, with other global accounts to follow
• Writing and briefing social media designs
• Social media comment moderation and community management AKA engaging with our amazing followers and supporters!
• Writing and scheduling weekly EDM content
• Assisting the Content Director with other content tasks such as (but not limited to) influencer partnership briefs, external photo/video shoot briefs and capturing on-the-day social content, etc. 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year experience in social media content creation and management – community, analytics, trends
• Proficient in using Canva to edit stills and video content (any other editing tool experience a bonus)
• Experience with CMS for blog creation
• Understanding of SEO and how to create content that is SEO-optimised 
• Excellent spelling and grammar 
• Experience working with AI technology is a plus!
