DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR

What experience should you have :

• 10+ years of experience developing and executing successful paid media strategies for clients.
• Expert knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Experience implementing strategies to maximize the impact of client campaigns within budget constraints.
• Expertise working within Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360) including the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and advise strategic deployment of the solution.
• Demonstrated the ability to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the digital marketing landscape.

What you’ll be doing in this role :

• Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
• Focus and lead the work of our team on activities that drive measurable results for our clients.
• Lead business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
• Engage in partnerships and sales channels to identify and develop new business across solutions.
• Provide strategic direction to clients and team while maturing our solution offerings.
• Champion on our vision, purpose, and values in order to inspire growth of the team.
