NeuAnalytics is looking for a talented marketer, interested in becoming the creator of our digital identity. If you have experience bridging marketing and sales, focusing on lead nurturing / generation, CRM, and content creation we want to meet you! This is an on-site position located in Overland Park, KS.

What You Will Do in This Role

Drip Campaign Management

• Develop, implement, and manage drip email marketing campaigns.
• Segment and target leads for personalized drip sequences.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.

CRM Management

• Maintain and update CRM software.
• Organize and categorize leads, contacts, and accounts.
• Generate s and insights from CRM data for sales and marketing.

Landing Page Layout Design and Creation

• Assist in development of visually appealing landing pages for lead capture.
• Optimize landing pages for user experience and conversion rate.

Marketing and Sales Materials Creation

• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures and presentations.
• Create product or service-related materials for the sales team.

Blog and Social Media Content

Assist in maintaining blog and social media content.

What You Will Bring to the Company

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications
• 1-2 years’ experience in email marketing and automation tools
• Experience with CRM platforms, (HubSpot preferred).
• Graphic Design skills and knowledge of design software
• Experience in web design and proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Wix, or dedicated landing page builders is beneficial.
• Proficiency in marketing automation software
• A good understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools
