We’re currently on the lookout for a Temp and Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team and work alongside our team of experienced recruiters. This role is not about sales, but rather about interviewing and creating outstanding recruitment service delivery for our clients and candidates. The roleAs a Temp and Permanent Recruitment Consultant, your role will centre on engaging with both our clients and candidates. Your primary mission in this position is to excel in sourcing, identifying, screening, and filling temporary and permanent job vacancies while diligently following up on placed candidates. In order to effectively accomplish this mission, you will embark on talent and market mapping endeavours to gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape for each assignment. This will involve meticulously reviewing and screening potential applicants. You will leverage various tools at your disposal, including our internal candidate database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Talent Search, to engage with both active and passive candidates.
