About the role:

The ICT Service Delivery Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless provision of technology services and efficient Service Desk operations for Council. With a core focus on delivering high-quality and timely service, you’re committed to meeting the diverse needs of the business in a cost-effective manner.

Overseeing day-to-day service delivery, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding Council’s Cyber Security posture and managing it’s risk program. By maintaining a vigilant approach to Cyber Security and implementing robust risk management strategies.

It’s important the overall resilience and integrity of Council’s technological infrastructure is contributed to at a high level. Acting as a strategic partner, aligning technology services with Council’s objectives while upholding the highest standards of service excellence and operational efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following:

• A tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience managing cyber security operations and cyber security capability
• Extensive experience in customer management and customer engagement
• Proven experience in ICT Service Delivery in a Service Desk function, direct business engagement, and multiple technology domains
• Extensive expertise with the Microsoft ecosystem of software
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop team members
• Demonstrated experience in financial management to ensure operations are within allocated budget
