Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic initiatives for Mazda’s organisational objectives.
• Provide leadership to achieve budgetary and KPI targets for the NCC team.
• Personally manage the Early Alert Process, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
• Engage stakeholders for departmental and organizational objectives.
• Monitor and adjust key programs to ensure desired outcomes.
• Manage the annual NCC budget, emphasizing cost containment without compromising service.
• Oversee third-party service provider relationships and performance.
• Ensure timely and effective ing at all organizational levels.

About you:

Mazda Australia is in search of a dynamic Senior Manager for our National Call Centre you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to lead our customer service endeavours. The ideal candidate holds a tertiary degree, preferably in a business-related discipline. You will have a profound understanding of Australian Consumer Laws (ACL) is essential, coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a call centre. The successful candidate will exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with a methodical, logical approach to analysing data and KPI s.
