Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Clerks to fulfill various roles including merchandise clerks, claims clerks, and “vessel planners”. As a Customer Service Clerk, you will to the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize general office skills and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Manage distribution and inventory within the warehouse.
• Understand manifesting/BOL’s and billing processes.
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks including data entry and ing.
• Demonstrate time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems or willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Excellent data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Shifts Available:

• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Salary: $25.00 per hour
