A customer service executive is a professional responsible for communicating the how’s and why’s regarding service expectations within a company. These professionals perform a number of duties, including answering phones, responding to customer questions and assisting with customer issues.

Job description

· To acquire new quality customers and cross sell

· To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests

· To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.

· To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers

· To work for providing first class service experience to existing customers and take references for acquiring new quality customers.

· To acquire high quality customers

· To keep updating knowledge and

· To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor services.

· To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.

Requirements

· A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field

· Minimum 3 yrs of experience

· Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

· Knowledge of CRM System
