Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally
• Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Resolve any issues or complaints raised by visitors, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
• Keep accurate records of all chat interactions and update customer profiles as needed
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to visitors
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a live chat agent or in customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in typing and using chat software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
