We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Dynamic Communities team! ing to the Customer Service Manager, this independent contributor role is a critical internal and customer-facing role that supports overall business operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and continuous learning and is a problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
·       Customer service lead for all company operations touching areas such as online platforms, user and partner engagement, chat rooms, support inbox management, etc.Â
·       Assist with creating customer onboarding processes to enhance overall membership experience (FAQs, Best Practices, Helpful Tips, Guides, etc.)Â
A Great Customer Service Representative Will Be/Have:
·       At least 2 years’ experience working in customer service or call center environmentÂ
·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·       Experience working in a remote-based company and effectively using collaboration tools and Microsoft Office
·       Adept with learning different technologies and systems, such as Zendesk, CRMs, & Program Management tools
·       Strong written and verbal communication skills
·       Ability to meet deadlines consistently, work under pressure and meet tight timelines
·       Ability to take and follow direction while also having an eye for quality and accuracy
·       Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and desire to collaborate with others
