Position Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior QA Engineer-K2View Test Data Management to join our growing team.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Help drive Quality Engineering transformation.

Contribute strategies on new initiatives like – test data management, tool migration, BDD rollout,

Responsible for implementing Test Data Management solutions with tools like K2View (must)

Developing and executing a long-term strategy for enterprise test data management

Estimating testing-related tasks, analyzing testing requirements, designing and developing supporting tools, testing, and implementing TDM processes and solutions

Identifying the Type of Data required for Software Testing

Creating consistent and repeatable processes to support multiple functions, such as identifying and masking test data for different applications and refreshing / updating test data as needed.

Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations

Provisioning data for QA testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

• Experienced Tests Data Management Consultant / Architect having worked in large scale projects
• Experience in implementing Test Data Management solutions with tools like K2View (must), Delphix , Informatica TDM, CA TDM, and IBM Optim across enterprises levels.
• TDM solution designed to work with various types of Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, IMS Mainframes, No SQL DBs, Hadoop and SAP etc) along with TDM solution implementation in cloud (AWS / Azure / Google) DBs and Data Lake.
• Good Hands-on experience working on Data Governance and Privacy Implementation.
• Provisioning required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments
• Thought leadership – Defining test Data management strategies, processes and best practices.
• Programming skills – Java / J2EE, Python or any scripting languages
• Experience on Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment using various DevOps tools – Jenkins, Groovy, Hermes etc.
• Experience in agile methodologies.

Good to have :

• Knowledge with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IBM Data stage, Azure data factory, Apachi NIFI
• Knowledge on Test Automation Frameworks – Jbehave or Cucumber JVM with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, REST Assured and TOSCA
• Good to Have Knowledge of transport / Logistics domain.

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$146,800.
