Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Miami, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will also include maintaining customer records and data entry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
