Job Summary :

The Digital Marketing Manager at Concept Companies is responsible for crafting and implementing the organization’s digital marketing strategy.

This role involves leveraging digital platforms and techniques to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic to our websites and social media sites, and increase reach and followers.

ing directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Plans and executes all web, search engine optimization / search engine marketing, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains Concept Companies’ social media presence.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measures and s performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (Return on Investment and Key Performance Indicators).
• Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizes user funnels.
• Creates compelling content and maintains consistent brand messaging across all social platforms.
• Oversees website maintenance, updates, and improvements to ensure an exceptional user experience and enhanced SEO visibility.
• Collaborates with web developers to implement necessary changes and enhancements.
• Analyzes website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular s showcasing key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Required Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Web / Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO / SEM.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Must be capable of designing and writing basic ads.
• Content creation in either graphic design, vlog-style video shooting and editing, digital ad design, article writing, or photography for business / architecture.

Required Skills & Abilities :

• Proficiency in Canva or other online design tools.
• Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail.

• 90% in an indoor office environment
• Prolonged sitting / standing at a desk
• Lift / Carry up to 20 lbs
• On-site
