Tasty Brands Hiring for Customer Service / Office Administrator at Syosset, NY Full Time

Position Overview

This position will work with our customer support team and provide administrative support to the Tasty Brands team and help to manage our HQ office.

Duties and responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional manner and redirect calls to the appropriate employee.
• Greet visitors and receive deliveries.
• Data entry and ing using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Ownership of Samples, checking sample requests in samples email, fulfilling all sample requests including freight and all follow up.
• Coordinate lunch orders and purchasing supplies as well as sample requests.
• Handle all spec sheet and nutritional requests from Tasty Brands web site.
• Entering POs in QuickBooks and Fishbowl for Inventory

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, vendors, and internal staff. Upbeat personality!
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong Microsoft Office – Word and Excel and Adobe; QuickBooks preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus. Recent grads considered.
