Working as a Customer Service Assistant, your role will involve researching, contacting & building relationships with potential customers. You will use a range of resources to create promotional events in Miami, FL.

This role doesn’t require any experience! Our client is not looking for a ready-made start, but someone with the right transferable skills and with hunger to develop, learn, and progress. This opportunity is also suitable for candidates looking for a career change, not just graduates.

• Enthusiastic – this is vital for sales, both for speaking to clients & when you’re in the work-place with your team!
• Document and follow daily activities and process/best practice
• Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met
• Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound business development
• Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interest and viability to drive revenue
• Willingness to learn the client’s products, services, and key-value points

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying potential new clients and business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Attending and participating in industry events and trade shows
• Providing support to the senior members of the Business Development team
