 About the role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.

Some of the duties include:

• Taking inbound calls, processing web orders, responding to emails and dealing with a variety of customer enquiries. 
• Tracking orders using our internal freight systems, and our courier’s systems and liaising with the transport management team when necessary
• Dealing with customer complaints and reviews
• Engaging with customers via social media and chat

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, have an eye for detail, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

You are 

• Outgoing and fun while at the same time remaining professional and organised through strong time management and planning skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having a passion for customer service and a positive and energetic attitude will be the key to your success in this role.
