• You must have administrative experience working in a medical practice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, work well under pressure, handle a high workload, juggle multiple projects, and manage multiple priorities with grace and expertise.
• Have outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface with patients and doctors with compassion, composure, and expertise.
• Communicate effectively and are well-spoken.
• Experience working on Nextech PM software is a bonus

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing and optimizing the practitioner’s schedule for efficiency.
• Answering phone calls for current and prospective patients and directing the calls to the right person. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can communicate clearly and effectively to our patients.
• Processing of medical records and insurance requests.
• Mailing, filing and faxing as needed.
• Maintaining accuracy of patient records. Keep all patient demographic and billing up to date
• Responsible for the organization of the office, tidiness, inventory and maintaining stock.
• Communicating with staff about the needs of the office to be most successful.
• Great attention to detail
• Communicating with patients while they are in the office making them feel welcome and comforted in the practice.
• Perform check-out procedures and ensure patients are prepared for their follow-up appointment.
