That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success to join our team as the Entry Level Customer Service Manager.

Full Time Entry Level Customer Service Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients
• Answering any and all product or service inquiries
• Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer needs and wants
• Up-selling on additional products or services
• Completely closing sales when necessary

What We Look for in our Full Time Entry Level Customer Service Manager:

• A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or any other related field
• 0-1 year of experience in any customer service related field
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for working in customer service
