We are a full service media and creative agency specialising in the Higher Education sector. We currently have 4 offices across the globe including Sydney, Bristol (UK), Kuala Lumpur & Philadelphia. After a significant amount of recent investment, we find ourselves in a high-growth phase of the business where we are looking to scale our teams globally. The Opportunity

Due to business growth, we are hiring an Account Director to join our Sydney CBD team.

• Oversee 2-5 key accounts with media spend of $5m a year.
• Grow revenue generation from existing accounts and new partnerships.
• Strive for outstanding client management and customer service.
• Ensure delivery of major campaigns to the education market domestically and overseas
• Conduct weekly WIPs, quarterly business reviews with clients, offering strategic input at every stage.
• Collaborate in larger pitches involving Regional Director/Creative Director.
• Foster client relationships and develop tailored proposals for unique challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team alongside Regional Director to address campaign challenges and manage expectations.
• Ensure smooth working relationships and ways of working across various clients and inhouse teams.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience within the digital media industry.
• Track record of nurturing clients and renewing business.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales / account management.
• A proactive, positive attitude with strong initiative.
• Target-oriented, with problem-solving abilities to elevate account value and navigate challenges.
• Strong ability to present client s, quarterly reviews and new business pitches in both face to face and virtual environments.
• Skill in managing multiple accounts with a keen eye for detail and passion for customer success.
• Energetic, can-do attitude that matches Hybrid’s growth ambitions.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
• Highly personable, capable of quickly building professional rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and deliver high standards under pressure.
• Preferably holding a relevant qualification in marketing/advertising, though comprehensive product and industry training will be provided.
