Horizon Health Care Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Horizon Community, SD, US Full Time

Horizon Health Care, Inc is seeking a full time Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Horizon Health Care’s 32 medical and dental clinic locations.

The position will work closely with hiring managers across the organization on all stages of recruitment efforts including job posting, interviews, as well as assist new employees with the onboarding process.

The individual will work to establish and develop relationships with outside partners to recruit candidates in all communities across South Dakota.

Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be highly professional, be able to demonstrate ability to identify problems, develop strategies for improvement.

Preference to those who have an associate degree in related field or experience in either Human Resources or Recruitment however no experience required as on the job training is available.

Travel is required. If you are a positive team player and enjoy working in a busy office environment, this position is for you.
