The role

Due to the continuous growth of our organisation, our recruitment team is growing too! We are seeking proactive and forward-thinking Recruitment Advisors to join our team and be part of the exciting times ahead. You will work in a collaborative team of high performing, positive and passionate individuals and will manage a portfolio of professional roles. Ensuring the recruitment experience for all parties is efficient, highly engaging, supportive and compliant, you will partner with the Hiring Managers and Business Partners to create and deliver sourcing and talent attraction campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Source top talent using multiple attraction methods, including managing incoming applications and using various tools to proactively find candidates. E.g LinkedIn, Seek, and referrals and other relevant advertising methods.
• Successfully manage candidates from application through to onboarding whilst providing an exceptional experience.
• Provide insights to the team and business on Market Trends.
• Drafting advertisements that attract and engage candidates for positions.
• Collaborate with the broader P&C team to support and manage activities within scope.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business partners to deliver on recruitment requirements in a timely and cost-effective way.

About You

You will be innovative; and you will think ahead of the game. You will have a high level of accountability and enjoy the challenge of finding fantastic talent to join our team. Key requirements include:

• Previous experience within internal or agency recruitment, preferably white collar.
• A passion for sourcing and securing the best talent in the market and providing a great candidate experience.
• Ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectives
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach.
• Demonstrated propensity to discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team, and proactive approach to resolve challenges and chase opportunities.
• Successfully manage multiple streams of work and juggle competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to prioritise your workload and plan ahead.
• Previous experience in high-volume, fast paced recruitment service
• Qualifications in Business/Human Resources or related field (desirable).
• Above all else you will have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency and you will believe in working hard but having a lot of fun along the way!
