Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Call Center Customer Service Representative who will provide outstanding telephone customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for processing customer orders, entering order data into the computer system, and tracking the progress of orders. This position is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent customer service and support skills
• Ability to solve problems and resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and calmly on the phone
• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience

Relevant skills and qualifications would include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
• Experience with CRM software and data entry
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, and weekends if required
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
