Zeus Industrial Products, Inc Hiring for Technical Account Manager Full Time

General Summary:

Employees in this position perform a wide array of customer service and account management functions and exercise considerable discretion under the general supervision of upper management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Account Maintenance / Management Including:

1. Troubleshoot/resolve customer complaints and issues

2. Problem Solving

3. Customer Service

4. Follow-up on late orders

5. Develop/review price quotes for new or custom products (not to exceed $5,000)

6. Develop/review price quotes for standard products (not to exceed $10,000)

7. Monitor open order status

8. Conduct account follow-up calls

9. Develop and submit management s as necessary

10. Conduct and coordinate on-site sales calls with outside sales representatives

11. Develop and distribute customer feedback s

12. Determine appropriate shipping methods

13. Adjust shipping dates and production priorities

14. Reduce/change pricing on non-standard or new products (not to exceed $10,000)

15. Issue return authorizations (not to exceed $2,500)

16. Issue non-standard restocking fees

17. Change open order quantities

18. Complete any other duties as assigned

· New Account / Product Generation

1. Provide background market research on new markets and materials

2. Lead follow up

3. Manage existing accounts

4. Identify new applications for Zeus products

5. Evaluate potential to expand Zeus market share

6. Complete any other duties as assigned

7. Design work with customers

8. Generation / Management of R&D projects

· Performance Standards:

1. Maintain returns and allowance at, or below 0 monthly

2. Achieve specific goals for new business as set forth by management

3. Attend weekly training sessions during normal operating hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years prior sales or marketing experience
• Successful completion of one year as Zeus sales associate or equivalent.
