Las Vegas Raiders Hiring for Retail Events Sales Associate at Las Vegas, NV Full Time

Allegiant Stadium and The Raider Image are hiring Lead Sales Associates. The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner and will perform opening and closing routines.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct opening and closing procedures to ensure location is customer ready.
• Establish rapport with all guests and team members.
• Maintain daily housekeeping standards.
• Process guest transactions, merchandise returns, exchanges, and store credits by utilizing Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
• Assist guest on the sales floor and promote up-selling of merchandise.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist in the yearly inventory process.
• Process inventory of incoming merchandise (receive, barcode, display etc.), when directed.
• Assist with merchandising of products for visual displays and maintain overall merchandise appearance.
• Aid and training to other team members when directed.
• Maintain attention to and monitor quality/quantity of inventory.
• Damaged or missing inventory to Supervisors.
• Must follow all safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at multiple locations including but not limited to Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas Strip, and Thomas & Mack Arena.
• Must be available to work all major Allegiant Stadium events, including but not limited to concerts, UNLV Athletics and Raiders home games; and maintain 4 days of availability to work with Events Team.
• Sales and customer service experience needed, knowledge of pos system a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to use MS Office a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Frequent assisting with pushing and pulling upwards to over 100lbs
• Ability to handle and operate all tools and accessories required in maintaining both sales floor and stock room
• Frequent working in inclement weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, and rain
