Primary specialties are general, GYN robotics, orthopedics (total joints and fractures), ortho spine, and vascular. Other specialties performed include: GYN, ENT, urology, neuro, plastics, oral/dental, podiatry, and open heart. The OR is open for scheduling from 0730-1600 Monday-Friday. Add-on procedures are accommodated in a late area that runs daily from noon-7pm. The department is staffed Monday-Friday until 7:30pm with a night shift from 10p-7a. New technology that is available at Franciscan Health Lafayette includes: Mako Orthopedic Robot and Stryker Navigation, 2 DaVinci Xi robots, and a new Hybrid OR Suite.
