Wohali is a fast-growing real estate development and private ultra-luxury community in its start-up phase comprising of our own construction team and the imminent introduction of our community and resort services.

We are looking for a Logistics Manager who acts as a key business partner to the General Manager and the senior management team.

As the Logistics Manager, the team member will play a critical role in ensuring that products, inventory, parts, or people move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively.

The business partner will collaborate with leadership, managers and team members to create an engaging work environment to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of products, materials, information with a focus of highest levels of service.

In conjunction with the leadership team, ensures that all logistics activities are aligned to business objectives, implementing and leading innovative initiatives and practices within the logistics operation.

The role will advise on strategic and operations plans and needs.

Being part of a start-up team, given the influential nature of this role on the development of our resource management, supply routes, operations and the company as a whole, we believe it is essential for the Logistics Manager to be on site to embrace our company, its teams and the community we are building.

Responsibilities :

The logistics manager will be part of the start-up team and be influential in planning and outlining our logistics center, establish inventories and inventory control, delivery and supply routes within Wohali.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and quick learning to understand operational needs.

• Logistics and distribution : Coordinate the timely and accurate distribution if supplies. Work closely with operational teams to optimize supply routes and deliveries.
• Inventory management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Implement efficient stock control measures to prevent shortage and excess.
• Collaboration : work closely with procurement and other stakeholders to understand needs and requirements; foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and delivery services.
• Continuous improvement : Through regular communication and data review / sharing, the logistics manager identifies areas of improvement, streamline supply operation, enhance overall efficiency to ensure the highest quality standards and services.
