The Role: Exams Invigilator

Pay £12 to £13 p/h

Hours: between 8am – 4pm (Max 6 hours pd)

Length: 2-4 weeks part time casual

The Role Of An Exams Invigilator

  • To ensure the hall is set up and ready for students
  • To be responsible for maintaining the security in the hall
  • To ensure students are behaving during the examination process
  • To support with any queries from students
  • To collect papers from students at the end of the exam
  • To escort students out of the exam room in case of an emergency
  • To support any students who require scribing or reading support

What You Need To Be An Exams Invigilator

  • Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent
  • Experience as an Exams support worker, Learning support or similar field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management skills
