We are looking for two highly motivated and outgoing personalities. You must be skilled in sales and customer interaction, with the ability to connect with and influence diverse groups of people. Specifically, we are looking for two Key Account Managers to join our team, one in San Diego and one in Orange County/Riverside.

Role Purpose

The Key Account Manager is tasked with enhancing the presence and sales performance of Fernet-Branca and Carpano brands in the On-Premise sector of a designated market area. This role involves strategic brand activation and fostering meaningful relationships with industry personnel to amplify brand visibility and advocacy.

Core Responsibilities

• Works closely with commercial leadership to identify and prioritize On-Premise venues for brand activation efforts.
• Cultivates strong relationships with industry professionals, including bartenders and venue staff, to promote Branca USA brands.
• Collaborates with distributors to extend the reach and visibility of Branca USA brands in the On-Premise sector.
• Champions brand standards across venues to ensure optimal visibility and consumer engagement, including menu placement, point of sale activations, and event participation.
• Engages and educate bar staff and industry professionals about Branca USA brands, turning them into brand advocates.
• Manages and allocate brand activation budgets efficiently, ensuring strategic use of resources for maximum impact.
• Regularly s on performance metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of brand activation strategies and efforts.

Key Result Areas

• Achieve specific brand activation metrics, including enhanced menu visibility, successful point of sale executions, and educational engagements with bar staff.
• Drive brand growth and market penetration in the On-Premise sector, as measured by sales volume and distribution reach.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a strong emphasis on business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in the distributor or supplier side of the beverage industry, with a preference for candidates with direct bar or On-Premise sector experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills are essential for effective engagement with industry professionals and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with web-based ing tools for data management and ing.
• Strong budget management skills, with the ability to plan and allocate resources efficiently.
• You must either be located in San Diego or Orange County.
