Cboe Global Markets Hiring for Representative, Market Data Services at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

The position supports the Data and Access Solutions team in market data administration and third-party vendor ing and audits. The position will to the Manager, Market Data Services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding market data products, requests, and/or issues. Coordinate with product team when necessary for product-specific questions. Act as point person for customers in the APAC region and support other regions.
• Review and approve requests for Cboe Market Data from redistributors/vendors, current recipients, and prospective customers.
• Facilitate the Cboe customer ing process for a global customer base while monitoring display usage and data feed ing for each data recipient of Cboe Market Data.
• Review submitted ing for delinquencies and ensure proper monthly ing from all customers.
• Attend meetings, conference calls and provide information in support of sales team efforts to sell Cboe Market Data products.
• Ad Hoc projects in support of growing a global customer base and enhancing global customer support.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in speaking and writing in Japanese
• Proven PC skills within the work environment that include frequent use of Microsoft Word and advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent communication, written language, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and the ability to complete projects and work assignments both working independently and as a member of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service role such as a call/support centre
• Knowledge of trading, market data, exchanges, technology, or network
• Previous experience in Financial Services
• Minimum Years of Work Experience: 5
• Education requirement: Bachelor Degree – preferably in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
