Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and internal processes
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide better support to customers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
