Job Description
This is a remote position – candidates MUST BE located within the U.S. no exceptions. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies in support of the achievement of business growth objectives.
He / She will work cross-functionally, using data analytics to direct and develop digital marketing efforts into cohesive strategies across all online and digital channels.
The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for evolving and scaling paid media program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
He / She will drive full-funnel digital marketing strategies, execution of tactics, budget management, forecasts and performance measurements.
The ideal candidate will be able to map impact of digital marketing efforts back to the achievement of overall business goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 5+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals Digital channel expert on top of the latest ad platform algorithm changes (social media, SEO, SEM, websites, display, email, mobile, etc.
Proven track-record of demonstrating positive ROI from paid advertising Strong data-driven approach to decision making;
working knowledge of data models Experience navigating and ing on a variety of metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline contribution, marketing attribution, and ROI Well-versed in MarTech, data flows and integrations needed to run data-driven campaigns The ability to work with a high-volume of landing pages and UTMs SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Deep knowledge of analytics and analytical tools, with a passion for understanding and measuring data Experience with SEO / SEM, keyword research, social media platforms and digital best practices Ability to analyze consumer metrics, s and trend Ability to work independently and in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate impact of digital marketing to cross-functional partners Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business objectives Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message Organized with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, able to provide complex information in a digestible way is required Ability to travel up to 25%
