Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to support a high-level complex migration program. The ‘Core Consolidation Program’ initiative is migrating to Facets G6; the Facets to Facets migration has been completed and the final phase of the project is migrating Nasco to Facets. The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple teams, project schedules, meeting schedules, and interacting with executives on project progress. The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting in the oversight of project tasks, and monitoring milestones as well as gathering information from multiple key business partners and creating decks via PowerPoint to be presented by senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Instead of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• 3+ years of large, scaled program/project coordination-related experience.
• Experience with complex scheduling and coordination.
• Technically savvy.
• Ability to create decks utilizing PowerPoint.
• Experience working with high-level executives with high visibility.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, namely PowerPoint
• Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
