What You Will Do

• Focus on proactively resolving our customers’ issues, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Develop strong proficiency in documenting details of customer interactions within our customer relationship management software.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with other iHire teams to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.
• Research and analyze data to address challenges and customer service issues by navigating multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time.
• Understand and explain the best way to use our platform with a solid understanding of our internal software.
• De-escalate issues calmly and positively while remaining composed in stressful situations.
• Flexibility to train and work remotely from your distraction-free home office environment.
