Workforce Efficiency’s Resourcing Lead – 12 month Fixed Term – Full time – Cornwall – Immediate start

Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a leading health care organisation to help provide a Workforce Efficiency’s Resourcing Lead in a fast moving role. The post holder will understand the programme, strategy and requirements of workforce efficiency’s.

What you will be doing:-

The ideal Workforce Efficiency’s Resourcing Lead will be:-

• Anticipating and handle potential people and cultural blockers to change with sensitivity, integrity and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external partners to bring about shared solutions and strategies for a future fit workforce
• To facilitate and assist with maintaining a positive person-centred approach that develops feelings of mutuality, encourages co-operation, and minimises the causes and effects of conflict
• Write detailed s, ensuring data is triangulated from sources over a variety of HR & OD service areas, finance, performance and operations

What you will bring to the role:

The ideal Workforce Efficiency’s Resourcing Lead will have:

• Masters level qualification in related area or equivalent experience
• Qualification in project management or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience in budget and resource management
• Experience of establishing and managing business information systems

What you will get in return:

• £58,972 – £68,525 based on experience
• 37.5 hour week
