Key Responsibilities:
1. **General Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness in the office by regularly cleaning workspaces, common areas, and restrooms to create a pleasant work environment.
2. **Office Supplies Management:** Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels of office supplies and restocking items as necessary, ensuring that employees have the materials they need.
3. **Assisting Staff:** Provide support to team members by delivering documents and messages between departments, helping them maintain workflow and communication.
4. **Setting Up Meeting Rooms:** Prepare meeting rooms for events by arranging seating, setting up equipment, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available beforehand.
5. **Administrative Support:** Help with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, contributing to the organization of office records.
Required Skills and Expectations:
