Solstice Health is a leading non-insurance based Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Direct Surgical Care (DSC) corporation in Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team who will play a key role in revolutionizing the industry and making a difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic operations
• Perform lab draws and administer IVs under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Assist in the implementation of our Medically Supervised Weight Loss program, promoting lifestyle changes and supporting patients’ health journeys
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing supplies and maintaining accurate patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including the Medical Director, to provide comprehensive and patient-centric care
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
• Strong phlebotomy and IV administration skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred
