Provide exceptional customer service in areas such as sales, promotions, installations, and communications.

Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established guidelines.

Maintain strong customer relations and ensure the resolution of claims and complaints in compliance with consumer laws.

Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

Implement improvement plans based on customer surveys.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills

Analytical – Experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes.

Organized.

Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and various functions.
