Office Assistant : Location : Remote

Hours : M-F 8 : 30am-5pm
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to specialty departments, such as Corporate Risk Management.
How you will make an impact :
Monitors shared inboxes, fields requests, distributes communications timely, conducts research, maintains and accesses vendor systems to retrieve scheduled and ad hoc claim s.
Keys data and processes invoices, coordinates with other departments to ensure vendor contract and state regulatory compliance.
Manages team department calendar organizing meetings and special events.
Coordinates travel plans and tracks expenses, and tracking and filing documents
Answer phones and screening of new clients.
Use of electronic health record to schedule clients, check eligibility, and complete billing.
Minimum Requirements :
H.S. Diploma and experience in an insurance office or agency; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience :
Behavior Health Experience
Customer Service to members and clinical staff.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $16.54 to $27.58 *
