Recent college graduate’s are encouraged to apply! The Administrative Assistant will join a team of administrative professionals assisting with all things patient related.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication including, answering phones, greeting visitors, email inquiries.
  • Assist patients with registration and facilitating collection of patient records.
  • Work with insurance companies to register/verify patient information.
  • Assist with distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assist patients with exam scheduling and appointment confirmation.
  • Support physicians and other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
