What will you do? 🏥
Provide support to the recruitment team, assisting with customer service, admin and compliance:
– Helping to convert new registration/pre-screened candidates to active candidates
– Collecting references and other essential compliance from doctors
– Researching potential job locations across Australia and providing information to recruiters
– Sending out communication to candidates and clients
– Screening new candidates
– Monitor active candidates’ compliance
Locum medical recruitment is an extremely high-paced, high-energy industry to work in. You’ll be constantly learning with no day being the same. The role will suit someone who wants excitement in their role.
So, who are we looking for? 🔎
– A highly organised and resilient, friendly person with some experience in recruitment – can be in-house or agency recruitment.
– A customer service pro with a high level of attention to detail.
– Someone who can use their initiative to provide continuous value each day.
– Someone who is able to manage a high volume of tasks relating to admin, compliance and ad-hoc recruitment activities.
Things to note❗
– Must be Sydney-based and able to travel to the CBD
– Available to start ASAP
– Available to work full-time with no visa restrictions
