NSR Talent Hiring for Technical Account Manager Full Time

Role Description

The Account Manager will help guide clients through the onboarding process and act as a liaison between the client and support teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing key accounts, project implementations, and driving upsell and cross-sale initiatives. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with clients in the tech industry is a plus
