Shriners Children’s is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Nurse Clinical Coordinator in our Outpatient Clinic.

The Nurse Clinical Coordinator provides leadership, direction and clinical support to nursing staff to promote quality patient care and a safe work environment. The successful leader will monitor staff performance, attendance/tardiness, and professional work environment with a team approach. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supervising orientation of new staff, educating staff on policies and procedures and always look for performance improvement opportunities.

Education

Associates degree (ADN) required

Bachelor’s degree (BSN) preferred

Experience

3 years’ experience as a Nurse

1 years’ experience in a supervisory position

Other

Active RN license in State of practice

BLS and PALS, required
