Lucent Globe is driving innovation with environmentally friendly cleaning products which are biodegradable, plant based, and free of plastic packaging.

Lucent Globe was founded by Brodie and Roger Cook, twins from the Gold Coast. They came up with the idea when travelling the world and seeing the concerning amount of pollution. The company is relatively new, being around 2 years old, but they have produced exponential growth doing approximately over 4,000 orders per week and about to enter the US market. They are currently working with scientists to bring some more products to market.

So Let’s Tell You About The Role…

The ideal candidate will come from a startup or scale-up background. Getting in relatively early on a startup that is experiencing significant can be a very rewarding and demanding career move. This Graphic Design role will work across various platforms from digital assets to product packaging. Conceptualise and create ideation that suits the brands identity. This company has a relatively flat out structure,

About You

• You are a high-performing individual with strong attention to detail
• You are self-driven and organised
• Adaptable as this is a fast moving startup
• A great team player that can work autonomously and well within the team

The Role:

• Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines to effectively convey the intended message.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image.
• Produce high-quality designs for print and digital platforms, including packaging, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall visual appeal of materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, making revisions to designs as necessary.
• Organise and maintain a well-structured file system for design assets to ensure easy access and version control.

Experience:

• Strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in graphic design or a similar field
• Experience in delivering well-considered, creative and effective digital and print solutions graphic design from concept to completion
• Strong knowledge of digital design, promotional and marketing activity and best practices
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills

Salary:

$75-80k+ Super (flexible for the right candidate though)
