Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning firm in Washington, DC! As the successful candidate, you will play an integral role in shaping our Healthcare projects by leading design and construction efforts from concept through completion. With your expertise and networks within the healthcare industry, they aim to expand their portfolio while delivering innovative solutions that meet sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

– Lead Healthcare project development process

– Ensure compliance with relevant building codes & regulations

– Collaborate on cost-effective sustainable designs

– Identify new business opportunities

– Develop strong relationships across the sector

– Participate in proposal writing & client meetings

– Provide oversight of architects/designers/technical staff

– Monitor budgets/timelines

– Maintain high-quality standards

– Contribute towards budget development/tracking

– Stay current with emerging tech/regulations

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Architecture related field)

-Licensed architect or on a path to licensure

-10+ years experience managing architectural design/construction projects focused on healthcare.

-Proven ability developing businesses/client relationship management skills.

-Strong knowledge about code regulation/sustainable practice

-Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills

-Willingness travel frequently for site visits/meetings
